Warranty on Products
We take pride in the quality and precision of our optical products. We offer a 1-year scratch warranty on photochromic, poly, hi index and scratch coated lenses. All AR coatings at TED Optical Lab will be Manufacture defect warranty for 2 years . If you experience any issues related to defects, please contact us within the warranty period to arrange for a replacement or repair.
What is Covered:

Lens Defects: Cracks, scratches (not caused by misuse), or optical distortion.

Frame Defects: Broken hinges, cracks, or material defects.

DR RX Change : 90 days no questions asked.

Frame Restyle: 30 days from order date.

Lab Error: Please note that while most of our machines are extremely accurate, mistakes do happen. Anything that the lab makes incorrectly, will be our responsibility to replace at no charge.

Non adapt: If your patient is unhappy, we will make into another design as a one time courtesy in 30 days.
What is Not Covered:

Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches from improper handling or accidents.

Damage Caused by Misuse: Including but not limited to excessive bending, dropping, or exposure to extreme temperatures.

Incorrect Prescription: If the prescription provided was incorrect or changed after manufacturing.

Cosmetic Damage: Including frame color fading or surface scratches that do not affect functionality.

Patient own frame: Lab is not responsible for any damage to a patient provided frame.
How to File a Warranty Claim:

Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that choosing the right optical product is important. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchanges:

Lenses: Must be in unused, undamaged condition, and returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Process:

Contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange.
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-made products may take longer, depending on complexity.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Damage During Shipping: If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.
Pricing Policy
We strive to keep our pricing transparent and competitive. Prices listed on our price sheet are subject to change. However, once an order is placed, the price is locked in and will not change. All changes to pricing will be announced via email or outreach by customer care staff or your sales rep.
Discounts and Promotions:
Any discounts or promotional offers will be applied on your statement. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All payments are due within 10 days of statement date. Customers that pay late are not eligible for discounting. Credit card payments are welcome but will incur a 3% service charge. Balances past 30 days will incur a 3% monthly finance charge. Any balance after 60 days the customer shall be put on stop service until an arrangement is agreed upon.
